If we are going to hate (and subsequently fire) every anchor that makes a misstatement (but yet is a fellow Democrat who outspokenly supports Democratic ideals), we are going to look pretty foolish in my opinion.
He apologized for the statement and Im not going to despise him over the incident.
I agree with your assessment as to why he was fired and thank you for your reply.
