receptive to the idea of eliminating social security.

This will be when we get to see just how stupid their base really is. Every time they vote in a Republican, they are voting against their own best interests, unless they themselves are obscenely wealthy, of course. Let's see if the Republican politicians can pull this one off and have their senior voters accept having social security taken away from them.
