(6,795 posts)It seems like aliens are able to navigate thousands (millions? billions?) of light years through wormholes or portals or whatever but as soon as they get to earth, they start crashing all over the place. Does nitrogen in the atmosphere make alien pilots drunk? Does the earth's magnetic field interfere with their instruments? Have they been in space so long that they don't know to deal with gravity any more? How can such sophisticated intelligences be such bad pilots when they get to earth? Are the aliens with the Jewish space lasers shooting down the other aliens?
And a question about our reactions: When we went to the barren, presumably lifeless moon, we still took precautions against contamination by moon rocks. But when alien crafts with alien life on board crash, some guys just go out and pick up the pieces, take them to the lab, and start tinkering with them?
