He has so far not been interviewed... Although from what I understand, most of the Congressional insurrectionists haven't been rolled in yet (except maybe Scott Perry, who had his phone taken last year).

As it is, trying to navigate charging any of them would require finding a definitive way around the "Speech and Debate" clause that they will invoke (something Lindsey Graham kept insisting on when he tried to get out of Fani Willis' GA investigation).
