continues Civil War reconstruction that should have ended 100 years ago. The slave states have been living off the taxes paid by Democratic / free states since 1866. Enough already. They've been brain poisoned by Pox News and hate radio to bite the hands that feed them. Let them get by without help from people they hate.
If anything, build the Trump wall a few of hundred miles north of Mexico. And while we're at it, let's cede Texas back to Mexico. Go ahead, flame me for saying mean things about the Confederacy.
