(50,932 posts)27. The judge sounds like a candidate for the happy hotel. Even the slightest knowledge of the
origins of this country indicate there was an effort to separate church and state. God did not create government and, if there is a God, I doubt he or she would take credit for creating this guy.

Yes. "should be rooted" is not the same as "is rooted". He ruled as if former was the latter. . . . nt
