16. I'm better off by every measure

Spring 2021 was the last time anyone accused me of not being American enough for a job. My American-ness is my most reliable economic indicator my whole life. America went from "they're stealing our jobs" to "Nobody wants to work anymore" as Joe Biden rebuilt America's economy. Life in Trump's America was not great for me even before COVID. Life is awesome for me now. Biden and Harris actually made America great again.

But sure, let's blame the migrant workers who want to grow, pick, and process our food for our high food prices. All while wealthy corporations reap in record high profits and the stock market is at all time highs.
