99. Moderators need to be able to cut Trump's mic

Joe Biden is smart enough to not agree to a debate unless the moderators can shut Trump up while Joe is speaking. Of course, doing so will drive Trump crazy because Joe is going to bring up all of Trump's failures and crimes and rub them in Trump's face. It's going to be highly entertaining, to say the least.
