so the 'doers of the deed' will still be subject to prosecution. So unless the ultimate Team Blue Benevolent Dictator fantasy as seen here on DU where President Biden starts 'busting caps' himself any of his actions will be subject to amazingly quick Federal Court injunction from R lawyers that seem to have their fav judges on speed-dial.
