How is this allowed to continue?

I am really hoping that Biden uses this new ability. He has a choice, and our future is as much now in his hands as in ours in November. He has the power to remove this threat, even if he chooses to simply put him in jail and cut him off from his violent cult members. Trump is a cancer that must be excised before it spreads throughout the entire country and kills it.
