In reply to the discussion: Another House Democrat calls on Biden to withdraw from race [View all]CBHagman
(17,505 posts)82. Thank you for pointing that out. Anyone who's been watching elections the past quarter century...
...knows very well that there will be legal moves to sow doubt and create chaos. It is inexcusable to entertain talk of removing Biden from the ticket without addressing that, especially in light of the time it takes to resolve legal challenges and the ugly reality that there's a closely divided Senate and a Republican-led House. The 2000 presidential election will look like a Sunday school picnic next to what we know the right wing generally and Republicans specifically are capable of. We've seen it, including on January 6th.

This pisses me off to no end. I hope Biden gives him a personal call today.

From his photo, he doesn't look in great shakes, shouldn't he step aside for a younger person there ?

Biden will be on the ballot and I am so happy that the Democrats complaining will be forced to vote for him.

He seems to have a problem with older democrats. Tried to oust Nancy Pelosi.

They seem to think conventions are like 1968 when primary elections were irrelevant

No, he is a fool. Republican-lite never works for Democrats. There are hundreds of examples.
