In reply to the discussion: Biden 'more determined than ever' to beat Trump after RNC speech, campaign says [View all]PennRalphie
(406 posts)You’re getting the correspondence. I get the correspondence. My Democratic friends get it. The former trump voters who are looking for someone to vote for aren’t receiving anything.
I know people get excited about the anti trump ads. That’s what runs here. It reminds everyone how awful he is. I want to see ads showing PA that this booming economy we have is because of Biden and his policies. Ads about how world leaders respect Biden and do what he suggests. Ads showing how he has helped those who need help.
Sending surrogates out for fundraisers and to talk to Democrats who are already voting for Biden isn’t what wins PA.
I keep saying this, but maybe so many here live in such deep blue areas that swing states aren’t understood. So I’ll say it again.
Republican voters are already not voting for trump. I want them to vote FOR Biden. Telling them how awful trump is will not do that. They know that. They’re not voting for him. They are desperately seeking a reason to vote FOR Biden. A town hall. A campaign event not just for Democratic Party insiders. Social media and print ads touting the economic successes Biden has had.
Kamala and Dr.Jill have both been to Pittsburgh. They gave speeches to party insiders. Those former trump voters weren’t invited nor were they addressed.
You can disagree with me, that’s fine. I just live here, the reluctant voters are begging for a reason to affirmatively vote for Biden. Let’s give them that reason.
Peace.
