And when it comes to where someone lives, one often "takes it for granted". You grow up with it and don't think that much about it because it is "home". It is no different from how I had driven through Tamaqua in Schuylkill County, on the way up to Niagara Falls, knowing that it is also a small depressed former coal town, but I was taken aback by how scenic it was. The drive up that way also let me see wind turbines in operation for the first time (that I had no idea were there), that were mounted on the ridges up there. That was pretty wild.
