What's this Republican word code crap about enshrining? In everyday lexicon, English speakers never use the word enshrine unless talking about something very holy or a sacrament. We normally use the word "allow" Right-wing religious nut jobs started using that term.. They enshrined them to use their Waterway for a picture. Doesn't that sound a little strange?
