America suffers warzone casualties every year without a foreign invader. The shootings are dispersed throughout the country, but the CDC and the Gun Violence Archive tabulate the national casualty count. The US should consider deploying US Navy Corpsmen or US Army medics throughout the country to triage our daily casualties.
