what a lot of people don't realize is that our original $80 billion we gave to Ukraine was military equipment that was going to have to be destroyed because it was so old. I heard this today or yesterday on NPR.

So not only did we give them equipment that was going to be a giant project for us to destroy, they actually got some good out of it. Now we need to replace all that equipment. This is where Moses comes in with this position.
