One doesn't fight drugs by sending federal enforcement near the border to D.C. to pick up trash

One doesn't fight drugs by making policies that make living un-affordable for people

One doesn't fight drugs by making it harder, or impossible for people to get education needed to lift themselves out of poverty or wage slavery and let them advance to professional positions where they can make decent livings

One doesn't fight drugs by using cruelty and limitations to keep people held down and without hope

One doesn't fight drugs by making it less likely people can get needed healthcare

One doesn't fight drugs by taking away opportunity and hope

Donald J Trump is NOT fighting drugs. He is a damned marketing and sales tool for expanding the desire for drugs.
