You can read its "charter" here: https://www.middleeasteye.net/news/trump-board-of-peace-charter-full-text

It puts Trump in charge, says he gets to decide who joins, he gets to call meetings, he gets to approve any decisions, he designates his successor, and he continues as chairman until he decides to resign, or there's a unanimous vote (by his handpicked board) of incapacity. He can remove states from membership, subject only to a two thirds majority veto by other states (that he had previously handpicked). He is the final authority for interpretation of the rules. He can veto any change to the rules.

It doesn't say much about what it would actually do, apart from encourage peace (everywhere, not just the Middle East), with a lot of vague terms, and veiled criticism of other attempts (so probably the UN).

It's a way of getting international toadies paying for him to strut the world stage until he snuffs it. If he or the toadies want, it's a way of undermining the UN.

Nobody with any morals should touch it with a bargepole.
