The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is now offering a stipend of $2,600 for migrants to self-deport through the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) app starting on Wednesdaywith DHS Secretary Kristi Noem announcing that "the U.S. taxpayer is generously increasing the incentive to leave voluntarily for those in this country illegally."
