but pointing out that there is more and more of a trend towards "tiny spaces" and "tiny homes". There is no need for a 4000 sqft monstrosity but obviously a need for a preferably "accessible" type smaller space that allows for self-sufficiency and doesn't require a lot of maintenance. They are trying to get something like that going here in Philly with manufactured (pre-fab) homes -

What they are doing with the vets is a disgrace but am just pointing out what is going on out there with respect to dwellings. No need to get the panties in a wad.
