Have to comply. Then their job is to arrest the one doing illegal things.

You know like disregarding the 4th and 14th Amendments. All those ICE agent types are the ones screaming "Castle Doctrine " when they shoot someone breaking into their house, so I know they know what they are doing is wrong.
