It really doesn’t say anything new and posts about it aren’t either.

The report doesn’t focus on any particular policies. It doesn’t say what the party can do to improve its standing overall. It’s just another grift, written by a bunch of highly paid consultants.

Just some fodder for the chattering class. I can see why Martin didn’t want to release it. Then again, why commission this, if it was always going to be such an exercise in futility? It sounds like no one wants to face tough facts or admit that major mistakes were made, and they go back pretty far.
