The ruling seems to be on the basis that some people might be unfairly excluded from this blatantly criminal operation.

The central point is that it cannot be possible for the President to sue himself, then failing with that lawsuit, ordering his employees to simply take billions of dollars from the Treasure and hand it to him.

WTF, people?

(And I am perfectly happy for the judge to take this path, as the easiest way to stop the program in its tracks without interference from the SCOTUS while public pressure grows. She is probably making a smart move here. But where the F is the media asking the basic questions about this blatantly corrupt operation?)
