Never mind the fact that we were below the poverty level, and I was the sole income earner for a family of four.
PHEAAA reached in and grabbed the maximum amount that they were permitted to take.
So why the fuck does Rapist47 get any say in how and when this money is paid out? The courts should seize his bank accounts, take out what he owes, and give him the remainder (less an interest rate of, say, 150% compounded daily retroactive to the initial ruling).
How is it that even when he loses, the system works so hard to let him win?

Yes, a Court made Trump do that months ago. Weird they have not released it.

You are correct that the money is held in a "registry" controlled by the court. There is a procedure for releasing it

As part of his appeal Trump entered into an agreement with the court the funds would be disbursed directly to Carroll

That is not what the agreement provided. It set up a procedure for the release of the money - it is not "automatic."

Wrong. The judge simply said that the deadline for Trump to file an opposition to Carroll's motion is July 7.
