12. Not just NY

A couple miles from me, there was a determined shooter with a semi-automatic firing away through glass windows and doors to the inside of a Chinese food take-out (and doing so from outside on the pavement), and it's all on surveillance video. The NY Daily News had the video embedded in their story (vs the local report site here that pointed to a youtube of it).

Fortunately no one died but a couple of those targeted were shot and/or injured. Only reason why he fled was because he ran out of bullets in his clip. If he could re-load another clip, it seems obvious he would have and kept at it.

Sadly this is happening daily across all U.S. cities.
