to any Peace Treaty. China just opened up talks with South Korea in 1992. South Korea also sent over 300,000 troops to Vietnam during that conflict. It will be ironic if an active War does break out because the leader of South Korea was the father of the current South Korean president. It runs in the family on both sides. If you speak out against the South Korean Government also, it is a crime. Military service is not voluntary in that country either. Maybe the best solution for both sides is to get it over with since they don't respect each other. And I'm glad I'm not over there now. It is nothing but a proxy War and it want be a quick War like some people think unless some idiot decides to use nukes when they find out. If it happens, both peoples lose on the Korean peninsula.
