In my younger days, I was very small. Didn't really need a bra, and sometimes I didn't wear one. Then pregnancy and breast-feeding totally changed things. Trust me, had I gone braless all these years I'd sag even more than I currently do.
Has anyone ever looked closely at those National Geographic pictures of African woman who wore no tops at all? The older women did not exactly have firm and perky breasts.

I'm a D cup and completely braless. I run without a bra or cami or undershirt that gives "support".
