6. Hey! Mobile is not Boston or LA.

I go to the train station in LA on an ordinary day and just may see bomb-sniffing or drug-sniffing (can you tell them apart by looking?) dogs.

Police/fire dogs, whatever they are, are not unusual in places that have really big crowds.

I've even seen them walking around inside trains. They may have just been at the start and finish lines for a training exercise.

Boston has a pretty effective government.

Big cities are on alert pretty much all the time.

The dogs could have been there due to a tip or some information, but again, that is speculation without much basis.
