27. In all honesty, I doubt we will get involved militarily.

The only ones wanting that are the far-right, and the far-left; though for very different reasons. Everyone else is fed up with all the war. The only way we will get involved is if Russia makes a bolder move (the cold war is not over, just thawed), which I also don't see happening because they are involved in their own misdeeds a little further north. When Iran withdraws it's hand from it's Syrian puppet, Assad will fall, and more chaos will ensue, but it will be more contained, with less spill over into neighboring countries. IMO, should the rebels succeed, it is a strong possibility Syria could cease to exist as it currently is, which will still be very bad for the region, but may settle a number of issues.
