mayo and cheese you have reduced calories a lot. Leave out pickles and mustard and you reduce sodium. Go heavy on lean meats or poultry and fresh veggies and you will be OK. And don't let them talk you into getting a bag of chips and drink water not sugared soda.
Now how many teens will make these choices I don't know but the point is that they have the ability to make these healthy choices if they want to.
