Useless?, you maybe right.
The issue is why good honest people are driven to react. You do not agree. I am being honest I do not know if I would have not help chase him down. I have two children who work in law enforcement. I ask them what they thought both said that it should have done differently, staying inside the law. Citizens should be involved in helping police when they can, but not breaking the law. I still support the fact they tried to help an protect their neighborhood,
