This is an easy way to do it. Plus, this drink is tasty and a nice substitute for an afternoon cup of coffee.
Dr. Sanjay Gupta's Calming Creamy Turmeric Tea
1 cup almond milk
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp ginger
(I also sometimes add a bit of coconut oil)
Heat the almond milk in a microwave, stir in the spices and drizzle the honey on top. Enjoy!
