54. It reads better if you do some word substitution

Whenever you see these pronouncements, just make the following substitution in your head while reading and it will make more sense:

When you read "people" substitute "the top 1%"
When you read "the American people" substitute "the top 1%"
When you read "Americans" substitute "the top 1%"
When you read "the United States" substitute "the top 1%"
