In reply to the discussion: Sarah Palin Open to Creating New 'Freedom Party' if GOP Continues to 'Neglect Conservatives' [View all]DallasNE

Called the Constitution Party, with roots back to George Wallace. That does sound about right for Sarah Palin. And their knowledge of history is just as skimpy as is Sarah Palin's. Plus, they talk as though there is no conflict whatsoever between Constitutional boundaries and Biblical boundaries, not withstanding the 1st Amendment.
The Constitution did not establish a Republic rooting in Biblical Law. It did establish a Republic but secular in nature. Many of our Founding Fathers were Deists, while Christian, who believed God created the world then stood back and watched so no wonder they created a secular nation.

It won't be a Freedom Party. It will be a religious party. She sees herself as Queen Esther.

Pretty sure their idea of a "Freedom" Party would include the restoration of slavery.
