9. What is it with schools and bullying?

are they afraid that if they do take action they might be held liable, or are they run by a bunch of pricks who were bullies in their own school years?

We have had so much of this in our school districts. Our son's school had a young gay man beaten by the football team that he had to be hospitalized. The f'n coach not only watched but participated. They called it roughhousing.

Over the past few years, we have seen a rash of attempted suicides by children. Not just gays either. It can start with a girl having too big a nose in someone's opinion. And the schools do almost nothing until they are sued.

No wonder they need more money for the district.
