13. I have sympathy for a judge who is keeping kids out of the criminal system....

this is southern Ohio after all - basically Texas without the "y'all". Shouldn't we wait until the investigation or trial before sentencing her? It isn't as if the Teapublican prosecutor doesn't have axes to grind and visions of a House seat in his future.
