So to speak. I think everyone has forgotten that his daughter was murdered by her estranged boyfriend at about aged 21. I'm sure none of it was malicious, just empathy for the Moxley's because he knew what they had been through for so many years. He knew how the victim is often forgotten in these cases that get so much attention. Two of the jurors from the first trial have come forward today and made statements that they believe he is guilty and are sticking by their verdict. Which of course they should because Skakel is still guilty.

And that's why we don't allow family on juries. Michael also admitted guilt to his father.

Thanks, read the entire piece and then his father's take on gambling in 1962. Much to think about.

This is incorrect. Skakel did not accuse Sherman of failing to pursue an alibi defense

Good. That was a witchhunt by media solely because this guy was a "Kennedy" cousin.

There is zero evidence that anyone other than Michael Skakel killed Martha Moxley.

There is zero evidence Skakel did it. This was a media-orchestrated witchhunt. n/t

Was there ever any doubt that they would eventually find a judge to make this ruling?
