Until this appalling debacle, I thought there would be procedures in place to deal with a municipal official who has behaved as Ford has while he was and continues to be in office.
I am betting this sorry episode will generate new policy and procedures to ensure there will be an avenue to address this in the future.
Edited to add: The media is now reporting there will be more coming out next week in the second release of documents that includes telephone surveillance of the Mayor.
