Cuccinelli purged 38,000 voters and many of the purged voters had to vote provisional.

NOW they have to go to the courthouse before noon today with their documents to get their votes counted.

Via Twitter ‏@Cuccinelli4Gov comes this desperation tweet imploring the Republicans who had to vote provisional to get to the courthouse by noon today
