Thanks. I just called and spoke to a marketplace representative at healthcare.gov. She was also not able to log me in so she suggested I create a new account using a different username and password. I changed my username and clicked on "Forgot your Password". I then received an email to start the process all over again. The representative was able to connect my application which I filled out over the phone with my new account. I'm now about to walk myself through the plans that are available. Think I'll post this info on "general discussion" for others who are experiencing similar problems and pulling their hair out
