Gay marriage at a federal level for ALL in all 50 states. Otherwise this will continue. It's still a joke when gay couples can't file taxes together as married, or collect benefits like Social Security. The gay community should be able to will those benefits to whom ever they wish. Why must the government get to keep my benefits when I die because by law I ALWAYS have to file SINGLE.
