(5,732 posts)by far, I think anyone who takes the bible literally rather than figuratively, including preachers, would seem like fake christians to me. But that would not keep me for having friends that I felt were fake christians, providing they didn't try to lay their trip on me.
I think anyone who hates anyone else is not a real christian and is not very spiritual. If a person calls themselves a true christian and won't do business will someone because of their sexual preference, color of their skin, spiritual beliefs, political beliefs, etc. then I would consider that person as not true to the teachings of Jesus Christ. Like who would Jesus hate?
I don't consider myself a christian, real or fake. I do consider myself a spiritual person. I certainly believe in God and a life after this one. And I don't really buy the literal notion of a heaven and a hell. Those concepts exist in our minds and we make our own heaven or hell right here in this lifetime.
Just my opinion.
