27. Putin has no plans to agree to any ceasefire

because as far as he's concerned, Russia isn't even a party in this dispute since there aren't any Russian soldiers in Ukraine...And technically there isn't even a Ukraine anymore, so who's to say where the borders are??

(yes, that's his story and he's sticking to it)
