for a person that is selling a firearm on gun list.org or in the parking lot or a gun show to know anything about the buyer. But the sale is a safe bet if the seller doesn't ask if buyer if qualified to purchase. If your state allows individual sales with out a background check, vote for those that demand it or push for a state ballot referendum. Polls show that a majority of gun owner, even NRA members favor it. Looks like Bill Gates can outspend the NRA on that issue.
