but neither impeachment, disbarment, nor firing (for non-job related crimes), will prevent him from collecting on his pension, assuming he has vested.

And I'm not sure I would be in favor of denying him a pension (again, assuming he has vested) that he has earned over the years because to do so, just means the tax payers will have to provide for him in safety net services.

I just hope his (hopefully) soon to be ex-wife gets 1/2+ of that pension payment.
