recommendation of the CEA-PAC and, from what I understand, against the recommendation of a majority of the members who attended the candidates´ forum a few weeks ago.

Most teachers I've spoken with wanted to withhold any endorsement in the gubernatorial race. They don't want Foley, but they do want Malloy to recognize their displeasure...he's been horrible to teachers his first term in office.
