23. I'm rolling in the aisle reading this!

I've never known a Democrat who can be intimidated to do anything! When I first joined the party years ago after being disillusioned by Reagan, I was invited to my first state convention by our local rep. I was prepared for the smiling, head nodding, Stepford wife smiles I was used to seeing at repub events. At the first morning breakfast, a "spirited" discussion ensued, and even though no dishes were thrown, some folks ducked as if in joyful preparation. It was then that I understood Will Roger's comment... "I don't belong to an organized political party; I'm a Democrat."

That's when I knew I was in the right place!!

"Kick your ass" is just a form of gentle persuasion, and I doubt any true Dem will be kept away from the polls by this threat.
