...with the bad ones.

In fact, I'd be willing to bet that many bad cops only get a chance to show their bad side only once. Very few bad cops, even fewer "repeat" offenders.

Can anyone here actually quantify the number of "bad" cops in NYC out of the roughly 35,000 police officers?
