As CTE evidence continues to strengthen, and as CTE death tolls continue to rise, they will slowly throttle the sport's only future - aspiring young players, who increasingly won't be there any more to be fed into the sports-industrial complex.

It will take 10 or 20 years, I'd imagine, but the trend is already in place.
