...against any countries intervening in the "police action" by supplying weapons or aid to either of the belligerents. Of course only one of the belligerents actually needs externally supplied weapons and aid, and the fact that he is personally 400M in hock to the leader of the other belligerent would be purely coincidental.

Also, things would be very tense indeed in the Baltic states. In due course T###p would casually mention on a phone in to Fox and Friends that he thinks Lithuania is actually an illegal breakaway region of Russia and that the European Union is the second greatest threat to world peace after wind farms.
